This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional in our growing organisation, who will form part of a small, yet essential and hard-working team, at our branch in Midstream.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Industrial relations (Grievances, disputes, bargaining and CCMA)
  • Knowledge and application of Employment Law
  • Process payroll information
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Administration, enquiries and employee queries
  • Manage and process the exit interviews for staff
  • Employment Equity Facilitation
  • Skills and Development Facilitation

Further Requirements:
  • Human Resources National Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a unionized operational/production environment
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Results driven and an innovative approach
  • Analytical problem-solving approach
  • Computer literate
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • No criminal record
