Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and fully bilingual Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Centurion as soon as possible, to assist with walk- in clients and general admin duties. 

Duties and responsibities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the switchboard
  • Assist with all walk-in clients
  • General Administration
  • Attendance of weekly meetings
  • Filing and ordering of stationary

Experience, Qualifications and skills required:

  • Grade 12
  • Previous Reception experience will be advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • No criminal record
  • Outgoing and friendly personality under pressure


 Further requirements:

  • Preferably reside close to Centurion, with own reliable transport and valid Drivers Licence
  • Must be able to start immediately

Salary is Negotiable depending on experience

Working Hours:  
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
Saturdays: 09:00 - 16:00 
(Total of 45 hours per week, in shifts according to roster)
