Job Description

The General Admin Assistant will form part of a small admin team at our new Warehouse in South Gate, where both clerical and admin support is needed. You will also be involved with the management, co-ordination and implementation of office procedures (in conjunction with our Head office), while assisting with and managing reception duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk and Reception
  • Assist walk-in clients & dealers
  • Maintain office systems
  • Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
  • Manage the maintenance and organisation of office equipment and supplies
  • Assist with general admin duties

Skills:

  • Fine attention to detail
  • Possess excellent Customer Service skills under stress
  • Take own initiate in problem solving
  • Be organised and able to take direction under authority
  • Excellent Listening skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette 
  • Conflict Resolution

Further Requirements:
  • Must preferably reside in the Johannesburg South area
  • Have must own transport and valid driver’s licence
  • No criminal record
  • Contactable references and accurate history
